Pens By Ken

Thank you for browsing this page.  Let us introduce you to Pens By Ken.
The products you are viewing are all hand made, high quality ink pens.  I create custom, handmade pens one at a time on a small lathe in my small workshop.  It is my goal to provide the highest quality ink pen at the lowest possible price.  I use domestic and exotic hardwoods or the finest quality acrylic.   The pens are equipped with a Parker or Cross pen insert and come mostly in a hard case.

My goal for these pens is three fold:

1. To glorify God.  The Scriptures read, "Whatsoever thy hand fainted to do, do it with thy might..." (Ecco. 9:10).  I want my work to glorify God.  I want my pens to be used to be a blessing to others.

2. To provide a quality pen at the lowest price.  It is not my goal to become rich making pens, but rather to enable folks to provide a high quality gift that will last a generation to loved ones without breaking the bank.

3. To teach my grandson the gift of work, the reward of doing things right, and the satisfaction found in doing your best.

This month, we are offering our Father's Pen.

Each pen below is available but on a limited supply.  Because the pens are hand crafted, I do not have a surplus of any pen, but only a few of each.  Please email to see if your pen is available.  Each of our Father's Pens comes with a folded pamphlet with the story of the pen.  Here is an example:
Dad,  This year I wanted to give you something a little special..special, not in the sense of expensive, gimmicky, or even unique; but something that had meaning and required effort.  Thus, I give you this pen.  The pen started out being a block of wood.....First you have to get to the heart of the wood by drilling down the middle to make a piece usable to make a pen.......You take your tool and being chipping away the word and molding it into the design that you want......The final steps are to sand and polish the wood.....You see, I was the block of wood.  I am thankful you took "this block of wood" and began working to get to my heart.....that you whittled away all that tense removed to make me an usable tool for the Lord.....thank you for placing me in the hand of our Lord where I can be usable as an instrument for His glory....
Shipping takes 3-5 days.  The cost of each pen is $35.  If you have any questions, please comment below.

God bless you all!
